Harlow For Home Return Policy
At Harlow For Home, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your furniture purchases. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be a perfect fit for your home. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, while also respecting the unique nature of our products.
Return Period
You may return any furniture item within 30 days of delivery subject to the below restocking fee. Please note that the return process must be initiated within this 30-day period.
Clearance Items
All clearance sales items are final sale and may not be returned.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting the returned items, repackaging, and restocking them. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items that were delivered using Harlow For Home home delivery service, a pickup can be arranged for a $250 fee.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refusal of Returns
Harlow For Home reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where the item has been clearly used, altered, or damaged beyond normal inspection use.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@harlowforhome.com or 323.406.2401 - with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately ten (10) business days.
